I had FUN as she coached me to make permanent lifestyle changes, take PRIDE walking more and riding my stationary bike, HUG myself each morning with the intent to just try my best and start ENJOYING “colorful meals and snacks!”
After her program, I reached my first weight loss goal, then set the next one feeling good that I would get there “happier and healthier!” I’m going to Carey-On to a BETTER ME!
